What is Shirley's Hallmark Return Policy?
Most items purchased at Shirley's Hallmark may be returned for exchange, store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be returned in the manufacturer's salable, like-new condition, with the original packaging materials (including the barcode/UPC label), accessories, instructions and the original sales receipt or gift receipt, otherwise, your product may not be eligible for return or exchange. Your name, address and phone number, valid government identification and the Store Manager's approval are required for all refunds and exchanges. Returns after 30 days with receipt are on a case by case
basis and with the approval of the Store Manager we will issue a merchandise store credit.
Sale and Clearance Merchandise may not be returned or exchange. All sales are final for these items. Seasonal Items are not eligible for return after the Holiday. Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments are returnable before
December 24th (for the current year ornaments only) as long as the item
is in perfect condition and the price tag on the side of the box is
still intact. You must have a sales receipt for a refund. Returns without receipt are eligible for exchange of the merchandise or a Store Credit. Personalized and Customized Merchandise - Returns or Exchanges are not accepted. Gift Card Purchase is non-refundable and non-returnable (purchase of a gift card).
What is Shirley's Hallmark Return Policy without a Receipt?
If you do not have your receipt - the return is eligible for a merchandise store credit for the the current or lowest selling price of the merchandise. Upon approval from the Store Manager (not all items will be eligible for return) a merchandise store
credit will be issued. We require a valid government identification for a return without a sales receipt. Shirley's Hallmark reserves the right to deny any return.
Damaged Merchandise - we are happy to issue a merchandise store credit on damaged merchandise with the original sales receipt and with the Store Manager's approval. We are
unable to accept returns on merchandise damaged by the customer. We strive to make sure all fragile product is securely
packaged. All gift/collectibles are checked at the register in front
on the customer so there is no damaged product leaving the store.
Damaged merchandise returned after the 30 day return period is subject to the approval of the Store Manager. If the item
is a Blue Luster Jewelry Item - it must be returned to the manufacturer by the customer. All Blue Lustar Jewelry
leaves the store with the Blue Luster Guarantee card enclosed.
How is sales tax calculated?
All purchases will have a 5% sales tax added. We carefully monitor the current laws in regards to the taxing of gift items.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept US Currency, checks (with proper identification), Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express. We also accept Hallmark Gift Cards and Shirley's Hallmark Gift Certificates. We reserve the right to deny a check from a customer under special circumstances.
Does Shirley's Hallmark offer Gift Certificates?
Yes we do offer gift certificates and Hallmark Gift Cards. You may purchase a gift certificate
in any amount that you choose. Each certificate is valid for no more than $100.00. They are only redeemable at Shirley's
Hallmark (not redeemable or valid at any other Hallmark Store). We offer Hallmark Gift Cards that are valid and redeemable at any Hallmark Gold Crown Store in the United States. There is a minimum purchase of $5.00 with these cards. We also offer special gift certificates for Webkinz purchases.
How do I know if Shirley's Hallmark has a particular item in stock?
We are happy to research whether an item is currently in stock. If it is easy and quick we will answer
your question while you are still on the phone or by email. If we need to research the item - we will call you back or email you
depending on what method of communication we receive.

NO! All the information you provide is kept strictly private. We only use personally identifiable information for internal purposes, such as confirming and tracking your order, managing your registration and informing you about new products, services, or specials offers.
How do I remove my name from Shirley's Hallmark mailing list?
To have your name removed from our in-store mailing list, simply contact info@shirleyshallmark.com with the request to remove you from our store emails. You will need to provide your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number. It may take up to 3 months to process your request (especially for Vera Bradley mailings). Hallmark (corporate) is a separate entity from Shirley's Hallmark. If you want to be taken off their email or mailing list you must contact them directly at 1-800-hallmark or www.hallmark.com. Some of the mailings that say Shirley's Hallmark on them are really produced by Hallmark (corporate). We will also contact Hallmark, at your request, if you prefer this option. The above information is required by Hallmark, so please have this information available for them.
How can I replace my Gold Crown Card from Hallmark?
We are unable to get a replacement Hallmark Gold Crown Card for you at Shirley's Hallmark. In order to get a replacement card you can either: 1. Visit www.hallmark.com, click on My Account, click on Request a New Card; or 2. Call 1-800-Hallmark and follow
the prompts. You will need to know your Hallmark Gold Crown number to request a replacement card. You should be able
to find your account number on any recent mailing that you received from Hallmark.

Does Shirley's Hallmark have a layaway policy?
Shirley's Hallmark does offer layaways - we request a $10 or 10% down whichever is greater. Payments must be made on a timely
basis (every other week). If a layaway payment has not been made in over a month it will go into default. We will send
a letter to the address you provided - if there is no response to the first letter a $10.00 fee will incur. If you do not respond when a second letter is sent to you, all monies that have been paid will escheat to Shirley's Hallmark and the item will
be taken off layaway. Currently there is no fee for canceling a layaway at Shirley's Hallmark.
